Will I be charged customs or extra taxes for my order?

Customs and additional tax fees are dependant on your location and delivery service. As we ship world wide there is a possibility that your order may incur fees on arrival. This is out of our control and we recommend you check with your local postal service or government website for advice.


Do you offer returns?

Everything in our store is printed to order, and unfortunately we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges, but if you have a problem with your order please get in touch:

Can I cancel or change my order?

We aim to process your order swiftly and so once an order is placed it is not possible to change, edit or process a cancellation.



Do I need to be a member of BYOL.com to shop here?

The Official BYOL Store core collection is for all students in the Bring Your Own Laptop community. We will be releasing special collections for BYOL.com certificate holders (coming soon!) and you'll need to be a member at BYOL.com to purchase from these collections.


I have a BYOL.com course certificate, why can't I see the special products? (coming soon)
